CONCEPT
Kulturnatten is a festival highlighting the creative and cultural diversity of Copenhagen. “Moths to a Flame” is intended to reflect the magnetism that is the event, attracting people, like moths to a light, to celebrate the cultural excitement of Copenhagen under the nights’ sky.
IDEATION
LOGO
The light bulb serves a double function, illuminating the electric streets of Copenhagen and fueling the creativity of new ideas emerging for the special event.
KULTURNATTEN POSTER
In my design approach, I employ bold, graphic, and vibrant colors to create visual impact and effectively grab the attention of passersby amidst the urban environment's noise. The moths featured throughout the design system are original hand illustrations as to create an element of visual contrast through digital collage.

E-TICKET
During Kulturnatten, attendees would present this mobile ticket on the day of the event. The animation feature prevents individuals from screenshotting and sharing tickets, guaranteeing that all attendees have purchased a pass for admission.
SOCIAL POST
This animation would exist on the festival’s Instagram page as a call to action, bringing attention and sparking excitement for the festivities.
STAMPS
I created these stamps as an additional element to provide to the client. They incorporate design elements consistent with the visual system, enhancing the cohesive branding and adding a unique touch to their promotional materials.
UI/UX
The homepage uses elements seen throughout the design system of the festival to keep a uniform and distinct visual identity. The hierarchy of information is crucial as the homepage should contain important information and clear navigation for the user.
